Hired and managed a team of 12 designers, engineers, dev ops, and led creative direction, UX design, and custom React.JS/Next.JS stack development of white-label platform called Stxtch.
Launch content included over 10,000 individual stories ranging from former terrorists to c-suite executives at Fortune 100s.
Led legal and information privacy compliance with Verizon for their flagship Learning & Development program, "Women of the World," with a 9.3 NPS score across 1,700 users in the pilot program.
